Okinawa Kimono House Rental Process

Reservations
Please use the reservation form to reserve the date you wish to rent.
You will need to select your costume size on the reservation form and make a payment in advance by card.
The product is included in the options, so please select it.
Please select this option if you would like a simple hairstyle.

Please come to the store on the date you have reserved.
If you don't know where it is, please call us.

We will check the name of the person making the reservation at the reception desk.
To verify your identity, please present your identification (passport, driver's license, student ID, etc.).
Please use the lockers inside the store to store your luggage.

Dressing (approximately 30 minutes)
*This may vary depending on the number of participants. Rental will start for 3 hours after dressing.
We also offer simple hair arrangements as an option.

Your rental time will be counted from the departure time.
The area around Kitanakagusuku Village, where Okinawa Kimono House is located, is also home to historical heritage sites such as the Nakagusuku Castle ruins, where you can experience the history of the Ryukyu Kingdom.
Please feel free to ask any questions about the recommended tours by our staff.
Please enjoy your stroll until the return time.

Please return the item within 3 hours of departure.
If you return the item after the due date, a late fee will be charged.

<About rental>
◎Please wear or bring an undergarment (tank top or camisole) on the day.
Men are asked to wear or bring shorts.
◎If you return the item after the due date, a late fee will be charged.
・For delays of less than one hour, a late fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) will be charged per item.
・If the delivery time exceeds one hour, a late fee of 11,000 yen (tax included) will be charged per item.
Please note that items cannot be returned after business hours.
◎If you return the item the next day, we will charge you an additional fee of 110,000 yen (tax included) per item.
*If you are going to be late in returning the item, please be sure to contact us in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
<About same-day reservations>
◎Please note that if you do not arrive at the reserved time, your rental time may be shortened or changed.
*Please note that we do not refund the difference in price.
If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and a cancellation fee will be charged.
Please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.

◎Depending on the weather, we may be forced to cancel the event.
(We will contact you by email or phone by 16:00 the day before)
◎Please refrain from using this product if you are pregnant.
◎We cannot take any responsibility for the loss of valuables or other items.

<About changing reservations>
We do not accept any changes to reservations.
Please cancel your reservation and make a new one.
<Cancellation fee>
Free: If you contact us by 13:00 on the day before the reservation date to change or cancel. Charged (50% of the rental fee): If you contact us after 13:00 on the day before the reservation date and before the reservation time on the day. Charged (100% of the rental fee): If you do not contact us by the reservation time.

Terms of Use for Ryukyu Kimono Rental
Thank you for using our Ryukyu Kimono Rental Experience Service.
Please read the following terms and conditions before using the service.
1. Regarding handling of costumes: Customers are obligated to take good care of the Ryukyu costumes provided by our store.
Please take special care not to soil or damage your costume when eating, drinking, or engaging in outdoor activities.
2. Returning the costumes Please return the rented Ryukyu costumes by the specified date and time.
If you return the item after the due date, a late fee will be charged.

If the hour is exceeded, a late fee of 11,000 yen (tax included) will be charged per item.

3. Regarding damage or soiling of costumes If the costume is damaged or soiled during rental, the user will be responsible for the repair costs, cleaning costs, or in some cases the cost of purchasing a replacement item.
4. Regarding photography: As our store is located in a residential area, please be considerate of your surroundings when taking photographs.
- No entry into private homes: Do not enter private property or the grounds of private homes without permission.
・Keep noise levels down: Please be careful not to talk loudly so as not to disturb the lives of your neighbours.
- Respect privacy: Please avoid including other people in the photos or violating their privacy.
- Manners in public places: When taking photos in parks or on roads, please be careful not to disturb other users or passersby.
Please be considerate when taking photos so that both customers and local residents can have a pleasant experience.
5. Accidents and Damages We are not responsible for any accidents or damages that may occur while using the service.
Please use at your own risk.
